Tourism EXPO JAPAN 2024
National Park(Nikko National Park/Oze National Park)
Nikko National Park
Nikko National Park celebrates its 90th anniversary of being designated a national park in 2024. Even before that, it has welcomed many foreign tourists, mainly in the Nikko area, but in recent years, more and more foreigners have been visiting Shiobara Onsen and Nasu Highlands. With easy access by Shinkansen and expressways, it can be reached from the Tokyo metropolitan area in less than half a day, while the Shiobara, Nasu, and Kashi areas, where you can experience Japan's ancient culture and see magnificent natural scenery that you would never see in the Tokyo metropolitan area, are full of the charm of Japanese culture. This year, 2024, we will be introducing the Shiobara and Nasu Kashi areas of Nikko National Park.
Oze National Park
Oze National Park home to the largest mountainous wetland in Japan and has spun a history that is often called the origin of nature conservation in Japan. With its easy accessibility from Tokyo and abundant cultural content, as represented by the Kabuki of Hinoemata Village, this national park has the potential to attract a wide range of inbound visitors in the future.
In recent years, inbound demand for flower gardens and mountain climbing, especially from Asian countries, has been increasing, but there is a lack of survices to receive such visitors. We would be happy to work with you to come up with tourism ideas that make the most of this potential for high quality, high value-added experiences.
