Kirishima-Kinkowan National Park in the south of Kyushu island offers a wide range of natural attractions, from an active volcano in its own bay, to beautiful coast line and beaches, and deep, mysterious forests. Part of today's park was the first national park in Japan.

[Yakushima National Park]
Yakushima Island floats in the sea about 60 km south of the mainland of Kagoshima Prefecture. In 1993, it was registered as the first World Natural Heritage Site in Japan along with the Shirakami Mountains. The eco-tours of "Jomon Sugi" and "Shiratani Unsui Ravine" are popular, but there are many other attractions, and there are plenty of eco-tours of the sea and rivers. It is also an island with a lot of rain, so we recommend that you come on a schedule of 4 nights and 5 days or more if possible, including reserve days. Please take a look at "Yakushima Manor Navi" in advance and enjoy a safe trip to Yakushima with good manners.
