We are a tofu specialty shop founded in 1914 (Taisho 3), with 111 years of experience in tofu making.
We manufacture, wholesale, and sell tofu and processed tofu products.
We also operate two restaurants: a tofu kaiseki (traditional multi-course) restaurant and a tofu dengaku (grilled tofu) restaurant.
To promote the culture and deliciousness of tofu, we offer tofu workshops and classes.
These have been held at elementary, junior high, and high schools, PTA groups, automobile dealership events, and housing center events within Nagoya City.
Our restaurants also provide Muslim-friendly, vegan, and vegetarian menu options.
