Tourism EXPO Japan 2025 Aichi/Central Japan

HERLIX,Inc.
To all persons involved in travel, tourism, lodging, and luxury distribution
HERLIX Co., Ltd. is pleased to introduce YANAGI, a luxury high-end hojicha liqueur that combines Japanese aesthetics and modernity.
The tea is produced in Aichi Prefecture, and is made from carefully selected, fragrant and deep "high-grade hojicha" from the long-established tea garden "Miyazaki-en" in Okazaki City.
The brewer adds the perfect balance of "Hon Mirin" (Japanese sweet cooking rice wine) and "Genko-Shochu" (authentic shochu) from Kakutani Bunjiro Shoten, a long-established Mirin (sweet cooking rice wine) manufacturer in Hekinan City, and adds a French oak barrel aroma to it.
The base is a 200-year-old (Edo period) cocktail called "Yanagikage," which is made by adding shochu to mirin.
This is a beautifully sublimated product of the agricultural products and brews nurtured in Aichi Prefecture, with an emphasis on Japanese culture.
YANAGI2022" is manufactured in limited quantities and is lot numbered.
It enables clear differentiation for the sensibility-oriented market, from high-quality inns and hotels, in-flight services, and airport lounges to the high-end gift market, both in Japan and abroad.
YANAGI2025, aged in Mizunara oak barrels, will be the second product to be sold, followed three years later by a Japanese whiskey aged in the same oak barrels used to age YANAGI2025.
We will be offering opportunities for business meetings and tastings during the exhibition, so please stop by our booth.
We look forward to working with you to make your travel experience even deeper and more special.
