Located in Minato Ward, Nagoya City, we manage both the 'Kowa Minato Sports & Culture' and the 'Kowa Seminar Plaza'.
The 'Kowa Seminar Plaza' is a multi-purpose facility available for corporate accommodation, training, conferences, seminars, and workshops, offering accommodation facilities designed to satisfy both individual and group guests.
Kowa Minato Sports & Culture is a comprehensive, community-based sports and cultural facility offering year-round use of various amenities including an ice rink, heated swimming pool, gymnasium, bouldering gym, and sports gym. An e-sports room, popular among young people in recent years, also opened in spring 2025.
Notably, the ice rink served as the training base for athletes including Akiko Suzuki, who represented Japan at the 2014 Sochi Olympics, and has also been featured as the model for a skating rink in a manga series.
