Nanao Nakanoto DMO
Nanao City and Nakanoto Town were damaged by the Noto Peninsula Earthquake. Many tourist spots, including Wakura Onsen Hot Spring, were also damaged. Lifelines have been restored and many restaurants have resumed operations. Accommodation facilities are also gradually returning to normal operations, with some of them reopening their doors to the general public. It will take some time before all the ryokan (hot spring inns) in Wakura Onsen will reopen, but steady progress is being made.
