Tourism EXPO JAPAN 2024
Taiki Town Council for Regional Development
Taiki Town is located along the "Kumano Kodo Iseji" that connects Ise Jingu Shrine and Kumano Sanzan, and is a town that has the Misezaka Pass and the World Heritage Tsuzurato Pass and the Nisaka Pass.
In the past, Ise and Kumano were the two most sacred places that Japan longed for.
This year marks the 20th anniversary of the World Heritage Site, and Taiki Town has planned a "Pilgrimage to the Holy Land of Healing the Heart, a town that connects Ise and Kumano" to convey its charms. You can stay at the agriculture, forestry, and fishery experience guesthouses scattered along the Kumano Kodo Iseji, and we offer local cuisine and special experiences using the rich ingredients of Taiki Town.
