We are a group of farm stay councils that have been promoting farm stay projects in Kakegawa City and surrounding cities and towns since 2020, which is one of the most tea production areas in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan's top tea producing region.
The tea production in this area is based on the semi-natural farming method called "Chagusaba Farming," which is recognized as a Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems (GIAHS), and produces high quality tea.
