The Peninsula Hong Kong

The Peninsula Hong Kong is one of the most iconic hotels in Hong Kong having opened in 1928 and became an iconic attraction and landmark within the city. It is the flagship hotel of The Peninsula Hotels Group, which is owned and managed by The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels Limited. Located on the tip of the Kowloon Peninsula, the origin for its name, it was built with the aspiration of becoming the finest hotel in the Far East. Offering the epitome of hospitality, over the years it has garnered the title of "Grande Dame of the Far East". In 1994, a 30-storey tower was seamlessly added to the original building, almost doubling the number of guestrooms and further enhancing its facilities with a rooftop restaurant and a swimming pool with a panoramic view of Victoria Harbour, and to top it all an exclusive helipad. The hotel owns a fleet of 14 extended wheelbase Rolls-Royce for guests' ultimate arrival or transfer experience, as well as an operating helipad which offers guests aerial sightseeing over Hong Kong by helicopter or transfer to and from Hong Kong International Airport. The Peninsula Hong Kong offers an impressive array of dining options, including eight restaurants and bars. Two of which, Spring Moon for Cantonese cuisine and Gaddis' for authentic French, have earned Michelin star recognition. Wellness and fitness facilities include a Roman-style indoor swimming pool overlooking Hong Kong Island skyline, The Peninsula Spa which has 14-treatment rooms along with various heat and water experiences.
