Hong Kong Tramways

Hong Kong Tramways was founded in 1904 and is a historical symbol that has witnessed the city's transformation in 120 years. Awarded by the Guinness World Record as the largest double-decker tram fleet in service, we own and operate a fleet of 165 tramcars which includes 2 antique trams and 1 sightseeing tram. Affectionately known as the "ding ding" by the local residents, trams hold precious collective memories for the people of Hong Kong.

Hop aboard our TramOramic Tour, a specially designed antique 1920s-style open top tram, to embark on a fascinating sightseeing tour through genuine Hong Kong. During your amazing journey you'll encounter bustling streets, ultra-modern cityscapes and attractions. The tramway is a living, evolving connection between Hong Kong's colourful history and modern culture.
