We are committed to promoting the adoption of Web3 technologies, which have the potential to address many of the challenges facing the tourism industry.

Our key activities include policy advocacy, event organization, membership community management, and support for Destination Management Organizations (DMOs).

The use of Web3 has been incorporated into Japan's Fifth Basic Plan for the Promotion of a Tourism Nation. We will continue working to advance Web3-powered solutions in areas such as:

Creating new funding sources, including fundraising from Japan and overseas
Reducing online travel agency (OTA) commissions
Encouraging repeat visits and strengthening traveler loyalty
Building long-term relationships between destinations and people who remain engaged with them
Enabling instant cross-border settlements and reducing transaction fees
Enhancing initiatives that encourage visitors to travel across multiple destinations
Digitally preserving tourism and cultural assets for future generations
Reaching the world's approximately 800 million cryptocurrency holders
