Seibu Railway connects Tokyo (Ikebukuro and Shinjuku) with Saitama (Kawagoe and Chichibu).We are currently preparing to launch two new sightseeing trains.The Fine Dining Train "vies", a new restaurant train providing premium food and space, is scheduled to debut in March 2028. Following this, in fiscal year 2028, the Shinjuku Line Sightseeing Express, supervised by the world-renowned mechanical designer Mr. Kunio Okawara, will begin operation.At this exhibition, we will present detailed information regarding these latest sightseeing trains.
