In recent years, local street food has been gaining attention, making strolls through the hot spring town even more enjoyable and driving an increase in younger visitors.

Building on this momentum, we are implementing community development initiatives that utilize the rich local resources scattered throughout the city. These efforts are designed to encourage longer stays and wider exploration across the entire area. Additionally, we are using accommodation tax revenues to provide support for the renovation of lodging facilities. Our ultimate goal is to ensure Gero City remains a beloved destination for many people for generations to come.
