Tourism EXPO Japan 2026

Saitama Women's Junior College Department of International Communication Mitsuki Seminar

Hello, everyone.
We are the Mitsuki Seminar at Saitama Women's Junior College.
In our seminar, we collaborate with local communities, businesses, and local governments on event planning, product development, and promotional activities aimed atrevitalizing local communities and promoting tourism. Through these hands-on, student-led projects, we develop our planning and communication skills.
As one of our main initiatives, this past May, we co-developed and sold original crepes featuring local specialties in collaboration with Marion Crepes. The crepes were very well received and are also scheduled to be available at the Harajuku flagship store from autumn through winter.
Currently, we are planning and organizing the "Saitama Fair,"which will be held in November at Omiya Kado-machi Square. The event will showcase the unique appeal of six areas in Saitama Prefecture—Omiya, Kawagoe, Sayama, Hanno, Hidaka, and Chichibu—through all five senses.
Furthermore, from November through February, we plan to organize a drive stamp rally across Saitama Prefecture in cooperation with JAF and Toyota Rent a Car Shin-Saitama.
Moving forward, we will continue to leverage our flexible, student-driven ideas and strive to create new value for the local community.
Thank you for reading.
