"Sign Language Concierge" is a service where "KIKI," a CG character skilled in sign language, provides facility guidance and local sightseeing information in sign language.

For people who are deaf or hard of hearing, information desks at airports, train stations, and hotels are often places where it is difficult to obtain the necessary information.
Sign Language Concierge is a service that uses tablet devices to resolve such "problems" people face while traveling.
At our booth, we are holding a demonstration where you can actually try out the Sign Language Concierge service on a tablet.
