The menu features two items: the "CHamoru Burger," made with a 100% beef patty seasoned in true Guam style, and the "CHamoru Bowl," a dish of red rice with chicken or pork, complemented by a soy-based fina'denne' sauce. Each recipe is supervised by the Guam Visitors Bureau and based on authentic techniques learned directly from local chefs.
