Tourism EXPO Japan 2025 Aichi/Central Japan

Ikaruga Chamber of Commerce and Ikaruga

Ikaruga Town boasts numerous historical and cultural heritage sites, including Horyuji Temple, the first temple in Japan to be registered as a World Heritage Site and associated with Prince Shotoku, and the Fujinoki Kofun, a nationally designated historic site where numerous unlooted grave goods have been excavated. The Tatsuta River, which runs through the town, has long been famous as a scenic spot for viewing autumn leaves, and was even mentioned in a poem by the Heian period poet Ariwara no Narihira. This makes Ikaruga Town a truly charming region, where long history and nature coexist in harmony. The Ikaruga Chamber of Commerce views the climate and traditions that have developed over the town's long history as "regional resources." We strive to uncover products and services that incorporate these resources and materials, and create the "Ikaruga brand" to maximize the charm of the region for all visitors to Ikaruga Town. Please take this opportunity to visit our booth and check out our many uniquely Ikaruga products and services!
