Tourism EXPO Japan 2025 Aichi/Central Japan

Saga in Kyushu
Located in the northern part of Kyushu, Saga Prefecture has developed under continental influences since ancient times. It borders Fukuoka Prefecture to the east and Nagasaki Prefecture to the west. To the north lies the Genkai Sea, with its scenic coastline designated as Genkai Quasi-National Park. To the south stretches the fertile Saga Plain, adjacent to the Ariake Sea, known for its vast tidal flats with a tidal range of up to six meters. Blessed with rich natural surroundings, Saga is home to high-quality foods nurtured by its environment.
The prefecture also boasts many cultural and historical attractions, including the world-renowned Arita porcelain, relaxing hot springs, and lively events such as the Saga International Balloon Fiesta, which draws over a million visitors.
At the Saga Prefecture booth, we are offering Yudofu, tofu simmered in hot spring water from Ureshino Onsen, one of Japan's top three hot springs for beautiful skin. In addition, we invite you to discover more of Saga's charm, from its delicious local cuisine to its sightseeing highlights. Please stop by and explore all that Saga has to offer.
