We are a long-established storehouse and have been in business for over 125 years, located in the mountains of Iga City, Mie Prefecture.
We value the fusion with nature and use the same tools and warehouses as when we were founded. The brewery designated as a "registration tangible cultural property" is a historic brewery recognized by the Agency for Cultural Affairs, which is visited by dozens of tourists every year.In order to incorporate the ingenuity of a new era, not just tradition, we are constantly taking on the challenge of pioneering initiatives nationwide.
We will continue to pursue delicious soy sauce so that it will be loved by local people and will continue to be purchased from all over the country and the world.
