The Guam Chamorro Food Truck, operated by the Guam Visitors Bureau, will serve Chamorro cuisine, Guam's traditional cuisine. Influenced by various countries, Chamorro cuisine is characterized by sweet, spicy, and sour tastes that are easily familiar to Japanese people. At this event, "Chamorro Burger" with "Tinatak" (beef ribs stewed with vegetables and coconut) and "Chamorro BBQ Rice Bowl" with BBQ chicken and red rice, which are popular in Guam, will be served.
