The Osaka Convention & Tourism Bureau (OCTB) aims for Osaka to be Asia's number one destination for tourism and culture, with eyes on Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai as well as the many other exciting developments that Osaka is gearing up for. Using Osaka as a showcase for Japan tourism, the OCTB aims to promote all of Japan on the global stage through many different initiatives, such as by creating exciting content, data marketing, promoting LGBTQ+ inclusion, supporting international students, and attracting high-value-added MICE and business events.
The OCTB has upgraded launched Discover Osaka, a new tourism app filled with relevant tourist information and offers high-quality travel experiences to visitors to Osaka from around the world.
