Finnair is a network airline, specialising in connecting passenger and cargo traffic between Asia, the Middle East, North America and Europe. Founded in 1923, we are one of the oldest continuously operating airlines in the world.
In the summer 2024 schedule, we operate a total of 20 flights in a week from Tokyo (Haneda/Narita), Osaka and Nagoya. Via the highly convenient Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, our flights connect Japan and Northern Europe in the fastest possible way, and same-day connections to approximately 70 European destinations.
We completed the refurbishment of the cabins on all aircraft for long-haul routes, including Japan. The new long-haul experience was named 'Cabin Concept of the Year' winner by Onboard Hospitality. Our customers have chosen Finnair as the Best Airline in Northern Europe in the Skytrax Awards 13 times in a row.
