The Niyodo Blue Tourism Council is a DMO for regional cooperation in the Niyodo River basin in central Kochi Prefecture. We are responsible for marketing, promotion, and creation of tourism products to promote the creation of tourism regions that will attract visitors from around the world, and are engaged in the creation of tourism regions in a wide area.
