We are an NPO established in 2002 as Japan's first barrier-free tourism consultation center.
For seniors and visitors with disabilities who say, "I want to visit Ise-Shima or Mie Prefecture!", we provide barrier-free tourism information based on our on-site surveys, as well as details on must-see attractions and the charms of local facilities.
We also help you find accommodations and tourist spots that meet your needs, offer consultations and advice for those who feel anxious about traveling, and connect you with rental equipment and personal assistants—all to ensure you can enjoy your trip with peace of mind.
"Ise Omotenashi Helper," a support service for visits to Ise Jingu Grand Shrine, offers paid assistance to help visitors navigate the approach to the shrine using specialized electric wheelchairs and by lifting wheelchairs up stairs, thereby enabling them to pay their respects.
In addition, starting in 2025, we began providing support for people with visual impairments.
