We propose a metaverse tourism promotion strategy where immersive experiences drive actual visitor traffic. Drawing on our track record with local governments—including the "Iwami Kagura Metaverse," which inspired 80% of participants to want to visit Gotsu City in person—we provide end-to-end support. Our services range from creating tourism content using VRChat and digitizing cultural assets to fostering "connected populations" (individuals with ongoing ties to a region). We look forward to collaborating with local governments, DMOs, travel agencies, and tourism operators who are considering tourism DX or visitor attraction initiatives.
