"NEWT Voice," an AI phone service newly released in July 2026, does not require IVR (push-button guidance). The AI starts talking immediately when a call comes in and handles international calls in multiple languages.
The AI chatbot "NEWT Chat" is an AI agent specialized for the hospitality industry. It responds naturally in more than 40 languages. By simply uploading documents, the AI learns the facility information and can be installed on your website in as little as 10 minutes. It is being introduced at ryokans, hotels, tourist facilities, saunas, and DMOs across Japan.
Chat and Voice can be operated together on a single management screen, and we plan to expand the service to email responses in the future.
