Tourism EXPO Japan 2025 Aichi/Central Japan

Saijiki no sato Okuaizu
Oku-Aizu, with its landscapes woven by rich forests and mountains and the Tadami and Ina rivers, is one of the few regions in Japan that has inherited ancient traditional culture and techniques.
Its history, which dates back to the Jomon period, can be said to be an image of an old and new society even in the present day.
We embody the "interaction" of nature, people, culture, and unique spirituality as a valuable "Saijiki no Sato" (Village of Seasonal Words), and by bringing together forces from both inside and outside the region, we are working to create a region that will continue to shine for 100 years to come, where the blessings of nature and abundant life will continue to shine.
