These days, the literal Japanese word "Yuzu" can be easily found on the menu in France and America. Most of restaurants in Higashi-Kochi serve dishes using Yuzu. Unlike normally fermented "vinegar", "Yuno-Vinegar (Yuno-su)" is made with 100% Yuzu
